I had water pressure dropped at 9pm and I juggled with replacing pressure switch and other regular maintenance activities that I could try to get the water back, but all my efforts went in vain. It was 11pm and I called D&D Well & Pump at that time. They answered my phone and asked few questions and told me that they will be at place by 8:30am next day. They showed up on it and checked the electrical and water connection. In next 10minutes, they found the root cause for the issue and said that my water from well is not pump due to loose fitting done by previous so called plumber (handyman). D&D team was well prepared and they had crane and correct size of piping (80SCM). When they removed pump, found that piping was done with 40SCM pipes which caused the loose fitting. They replaced my piping and coupling to ensure this water leak/no water issue is completely eliminated. D&D specializes in well pump and maintenance of it and I highly recommend them. They are truly professional and know everything about the well. Thank you.

I called Darren yesterday when my water abruptly stopped running late in the afternoon. He had a haircut scheduled that evening but said he could come after around 8pm. Showed up on time and had my water running again in 20 minutes. Just needed a new control panel on the well pump. Can not say enough about how grateful I am the he made a late evening call. Could have easily told me to wait until morning. Would not hesitate again to use him if necessary, and will recommend him to anyone in need of well services. Thanks so much D&D!!!!

I would give more stars if I could. My water abruptly stopped working late in the afternoon. Called Darren and he said he could swing by that evening around 8pm after his haircut. Came when he said and had the water run again in 20 minutes. Just needed a new control panel on my pump. He could have made me wait until morning. This is an amazing company! We had an emergency at our vacation rental. There was no running water suddenly for our renters. It was 5:00pm at a time when businesses close. I called 5 places before I finally called this one. I told him the situation. He asked for the address and said he was on his way. 30 minutes later he was there and started testing only to find out we needed an electrician. I said let me give you my current address to send the bill and he said “No charge! I didn’t do anything!” He could have charged a service call, but he didn’t!!! I appreciated that so much!!! Thank you and we will remember you for the future at our rental and our current home!
